what do you need that for?

FAF username: there exists a global leaderboard, dunno what you want to take out of that

Game mode: softles made a nice evolution plot of games played for all different mods where this is also shown over time.

years: well also softles stats...

what to change: there is a suggestions page for faf features...

to summarize: you can get much more data if you just read the stuff that is already there instead of this survey (where maybe 10 ppl participate if you're lucky)
