I got a Fucking "too many fucking account on this machin" ... and i can't even login ?

you know what, i've no steam account, my brother played about 5 games, and now, when i came to play my only game you do dis to me ?

this is the most fucking stupid idea which has no sens with the "Forever" ideology

And please dont say "rise of the smurfs"... what a stupid solution and why the hell you are doing such decisions ?

I really start beleaving that the Dev Team is going wors and worse, last year FAF was nice, this year we only got Fucking raging idea.. in everything

Yeah i know smurf protection is back up etc. etc., but i dont see a reason why i should be forced to link my account to steam, if thats the case that i have to. I dislike steam and have it uninstalled which i plan to keep on, its my personal opinion. Others may not even have one.

In short: Am i forced to do that?

If you were the one who had to ban 100 accounts of the very same person who uploaded 20 shit maps in 1h hour and spends his whole day downvoting other people's maps and insulting them, maybe you would have a little bit more understanding for the action taken.
