Good team race combinations?

Would really like to hear about what are some of the best team race combinations on certain maps and why. Things like specific strats and team roles. What races work well together and have some cool unit combinations?

Would like to hear about some good race combinations for team based maps like Isis, Haven Reef, Open Palms, Setons, EOTS etc

Best air? Aeon.
Best Sea? Seraphim (...possibly uef)
Best Land? UEF/Cybran

Best combinations for Isis? Aeon/Aeon. Both go air + eco spam. Double RAS upgrades on the ACU really helps with eco and air spam.
Best combination for haven reef? If you player it left vs right, best combination would probably be Seraphim in the corner and Aeon on the island. Seraphim to siege their island, Aeon to defend against siege. If Top vs Bottom, probably Seraphim/Cybran with cyb in the corner to fast-rush to tech 2 naval.
Best combination for Open Palms? In a 3v3, Aeon in the support position and, really, any faction (not uef) in the front spots.
For setons? 4v4? Well... on a map that big you'll be okay in any position as any faction as long as your play to your factions's strengths. Seraphim/Aeon in the front would obviously fobo/aurora spam. Seraphim/UEF on the sides would go for naval supremacy with T3 subs/shields or atlantis/torp boat/shield boat/battlecruiser and then siege. Aeon and Cybran on the sides would focus on T2 naval and rely on awesome T2/T3 torp bombers to win it. Back player would go Aeon for straight air superiority/eco whoring (best asf, double RAS), but Seraphim could do the same thing because of similarly good RAS and ASF, UEF and Cybran would be best focusing on helping either the sides or front, and trying to secure a win sooner by winning the sides/front quickly than by trying to do it via air superiority.


Ofc this assumes default settings (including share off, although seton's players seem to love share on :lol: )

Best air? Aeon.

Overall?- possibly. but I think
T1 air - Seraphim
T2 air - Aeon
T3 air - Cybran

T1 navy - Cybran
T2 navy - Cybran - Dont forget ACU with torpedoes and reclaim ability.
T3 navy - UEF

T1 land - Sera/aeon
T2 land - Cybran
T3 land - Aeon/UEF

For all large maps (20k+) an aeon player is required. While Cybran have best T3 air they are not a great lategame faction for a number of reasons. So Sera have best ASF after Cybran. For naval fights unless its a huge map its cybran all the way for me. If you got a UEF or aeon player on your team then add some shields too. For lategame land battles aeon got Harbs and shields or GC, and these own every other land unit in the game.

Great info.
Some of the Cybran + Aeon combinations I imagine could be really nice, just by mixing in deceivers into Aeon squads, like with kiting Harbies, or Sniper Bot drops, and conversely, just mixing in Aeon Shields into kiting Hoplites or Cyb T2 Navy.

I wish that Sera were less like UEF and were a new odd-ball type race with different abilities like Cybran. It seems like Sera take alot of traditional UEF roles, only do the same things a bit better.

Seems like Aeon are generaly an essential team component, which is a little dissapointing since there are then less viable team combinations.

Getting back to the interesting combinations:

1) Deceiver + stinger
2) Any navy mixing esp with T2/T3 mobile shields or with mermaids
3) Continental + fobo (great to drop on water near a naval factory)

I play UEF about 60% of the time, Cybran 30%, and Aeon the other 10.

When I play UEF I want a cybran engineer for their stealthgen and hives, an aeon one for their T2 shield (awesome bordering on OP unit) as well as volcano (and eye late game), and I want a sera engineer only for fobo (or a T3 for an early ythota).
