New beta patch and t3 bombers

In this new beta patch, t2 mexes now all have less than 2500 hp, but since t3 bombers weren't chaged, except UEF's, it means cybran strats now should be able to take t2 mexes out in one pass. Is this intended?

I'd also like to add that I haven't tested any of the changes yet, but I love how they look on paper.

The t3 bomber change is actually removed for now. If UEF needs more buffs, it'll come back though.

And while it's not really intended, rather a side-effect, we decided that the upsides of the t2 mex hp nerf outweigh the removal of this little cybran weakness. Especially since cybran got so many new weaknesses, and uef got so many new advantages in the hp changes, that they should make up more than enough for it.

Well maybe it's just me but I think this indirect buff to cybran strats is remarkable enough to be highlighted in the patch notes.
