No fricken nukes

I've been away for a while. Just saw the new UI setup.

If I want to turn off nukes, like the old 'options-> restrictions -> no nukes' how do I do that? Exactly?
I keep missing something somewhere, 'cause they keep showing up.

And if I want to disable them for every game I play, is there a way to set that up? A text file or some sort of save this set-up?
I don't want to click a ton of icons every time I start a game.

At this point, the single click in the old UI seems like it was much more friendly... hope I'm wrong.

The single click still exists, nukes are the square with the missile emblem (everything in the UI is the same emblem as it is used ingame so I dunno why people are getting so riled up). As for the build restriction for every game, not as far as I know

Personally I find that new unit restrictions view ridiculous. I used to be able to know all in <5 seconds. Now however...
