"Soft Stop" Command Not Working

New keybindable action: 'soft_stop'
Soft-stop will cancel all orders of a factory except their current one, if you soft-stop a factory with only one order it will get cleared
Hold down Alt when giving a factory order to soft stop factory before issuing next order

Has anyone gotten this to work? Every time I use it it just kills the entire build queue, the currently-being built unit and all.

Works fine for me. I have stop bound to esc and soft stop bound to shift + esc.

I get a windows error sound with it but shift + s works for me
