Paragon explosion is "broken"

Couple quick replays showing that para refuses to do full damage to buildings, it damage also goes trought shield without damaging it, also seem to be doing full damage to units. have not done full analisys, hope it will be easy to see what is wrong by looking at code

Edit: actually found it when was watching some noob setons game where i heard they had multiple para explosions

Yeah oops, it's getting caught in the deathnuke armor category. This will be fixed for 3656 (Not the next patch, the one after).
