Question about orders

Do you use hotkeys for move/attack/assist, like you have to for patrol, or do you allow the cursor to change to the default order at its position?

I use hotkeys for:
Q: patrol
F1: attack move
F2: assist
F3: repair
F4: transport
F5: ferry
F6: capture

I use the feature that allows to create patrols by clicking on a move order node and the default assist, repair, atack, split attack and reclaim. I wish I would be using a move key though, manual tree reclaim is lacking with me.

I click:
  • move (sometimes cycle into patrol),
  • assist
  • attack (on units)
  • reclaim (when its single wrecks with no possibility of missclicking)
hotkey for:
  • reclaim (mostly when spaming rockd or tree reclaim with high chance of missing so no move happens)
  • patrol
  • attack move (right alt + right click)
  • repair

I use hotkeys for most movement and reclaim commands as well as all patrol commands...
gotta figure out a place to put an attack move hotkey somewhere but i'm too lazy for that atm (its so annoying to redo 20 attack moves for split attacks...)
assist/capture/repair/ferry i do with mouse/via the ui

maybe tex has move order hotkey, it is usefull for hoverbombing sometimes

i use hotkeys for move (m) (too lazy to put it on some nice key)
assist I do ~20% with "i" else with mouse
reclaim (e)
repair(r)
and patrol (p)

btw what do you want this data for TA?

(if there is some profit in it I wanna profit too :) )

I use default hotkeys on everything. The ones I commonly find myself using are:

All build order commands for engineers.
B P - Build Pgen
B E - Build Mex
B D - Build Defence
B N - Build AA
B I - Build Radar
B K - Build Missile Defence
B V - Build Shield
B C - Build Stealth
B M - Build Missile
B T - Build Torp
B L - Build Land Fac
B N - Build Naval Fac
B A - Build Air Fac... etc

P - Patrol
E - Reclaim
I - Assist
Alt - Attack move
Ctrl - Formation move
Ctrl + Alt - Formation Attack move
U - Transport/Unload
R - Repair
F - Ferry
L - Launch
N - Nuke
O - Overcharge
[ - Fire mode toggle
D - Dive
S - Stop
Shift + G - Split attack
