rating fixes and new test server admins

hey, everyone. this is a short notice to set you know that the rating bug in ladder has been fixed (!!!). as of now, all rating should be working as it is intended (if it isn't, take a quick detour to the tech support forums and post your logs, so the dev team can fix it asap). an unfortunate side effect is that soon all ladder ratings will be recalculated to remove the games in between the point at which the bug was introduced and when it was solved, to make sure that nobody has a bugged rating (this means that it may appear as though your last game made you jump a huge amount - this is just your rating returning to where it should be, don't worry).

one more thing - as of today, four new people have been given access to the test server: downlord, dragonfire, sandwormsurfer, and blodir. a huge thanks for their efforts for faf -- in fact, blodir has already uploaded the new version of the faf website he has been working on, and you can find it here or the forum thread here.

the cake is a lie, the bug is not fixed at all. its just not as bad anymore

The bug is fixed. If there are other issues with Rating, they existed before 3652.
