Ladder rating issue, Gentlemann's agreement

Currently there are multiple reasons for players to not play ladder, and 2 of them only appeared recently.
1) error while connecting
2) incorrect rating change

we can deal with connecting error by refafing over and over again, so that is "fine"

to deal with second issue I propose to have an agreement on 1v1 automatch games, when you play ladder game you should ctrl+k your ACU as soon as your opponent dies, so game will be resulted as a draw and for both players rating will barely change, so we avoid incorrect rating change.

Guys who stopped playing cause of rating issues, would you comeback if people will agree to "draw" games on purpose? so you can at least play for fun...

Edit: i don't propose to invert game result (e.g. winner should ctrl+k) because there is a chance that eventually rating will be recalculated

People gradually losing interest and stop playing is one thing, but seeing FAF in this state is just depressive.

Your solution seems rather extreme... There wouldn't be much point in playing ladder if it were essentially unranked.

It would be better then winning a match and then losing all your rating, at least you can still play and not be punished for trying :p

YA, at the moment im not sure if i just play worse than before, or if its the Server that steals my rating, guess i have to wait when the rating gets recallculated, and we maybe get the statistics back

to stay on topic, drawing would not solve anything i guess.

Why bother playing serious when you know this is going to hapenn?

I stopped playing ladder and 1v1 seriously because I know there will be drastic changes coming that will compromise my current play-style.

If there wasn't so many "this is coming soon" hype threads and talk I'd feel safer sitting comfortable in a pool of strategies I like.

This constant "we have to make it bugged/broken better" philosophy just makes the whole thing very unattractive.
