New ladder map pool.

As the votes were not that high, and a pool had too many ex-aequo, lot of maps were added.
Only Balmy, Frozen Isis and Moonshine are out.

* TAG_Voi_Vittu
* Firelight
* Open Waters V2
* Moonlight Mesas
* Dry Canyon
* Forbidden Pass
* Theta Passage
* Moonlight
* loki
* Blasted Rock
* Roanoke Abyss
* Open Palms
* Eye of the Storm
* Canis River
* Seton's Clutch
* The Bermuda Locket

The next pool will be in 2 months, valid 3 weeks for a change in Augustus.

Probably the first time I've seen a map pool that doesn't have any outrageously bad choices. :)

looking in the direction of that evil Winter Duel which somehow finagled its way into so many pools...

As you can see here this map has a balance problem :

North: 12 mexes
(Middle: 10 mexes)
South: 11 mexes
