Backstory/Theory behind Betrayal Ocean?

I've always been one for map backstories, so I went through each maps bio, and when I reached Betrayal Ocean, it simply said "Classified." Does anyone have information or a theory on it?

The person who knows the bio was betrayed and killed on this map

The map maker/lorekeeper realized he was going to use logic to explain a videogame.
He thus avoided to do so and saved the life of a kitten (or a catgirl if you subscribe to the other version)
