I want to throw my hat in and add Finns revenge. Finns revenge and theta are, imo, the two definitive supcom maps. They are great.

Theta is fine, but most people would argue that Finn's is too dated now. I'd say Niflheim, Open Palms, Desert Planet lI, Loki, Regor VI, etc define the territory-control scheme that was the original intention by Chris Taylor

The one key word in this phrase, which everyone seems not to have noticed, is, "rotation". The whole point of a rotation is for the pool to be kept fresh by having maps brought in and out of the pool. Not to be continually perfecting it my picking the best maps. I think that all maps (no matter how good or classic they are) should be taken out of circulation from time to time. This includes Fins Revenge, and Theta Passage. The maps should be rested so that when they are brought back again they will feel fresh.

There are no classic maps which should be left in continually. Not even Theta.

I'm stopping to do the rotations, as they don't get updated on the server and i can't do it myself. Sorry to everyone who is getting tired of the maps, and for Selkie Isle. It was never supposed to stay so long, but i'm afraid you have to deal with it for a while now.

New rotation system:

-No more short/long term rotations
-(about) every month, the oldest maps in the pool will be replaced. Three 10x10, two 5x5 and one 20x20.
-The frequency and number of replacing maps might be adjusted if it is too fast.
