Sera ACU Refracting Chronotron Amplifier upgrade is not working. Gives nice health boost for units but decreasing health generation for some units. Example nano scus :roll:

and guess what. in equilibrium its fixed and work, whiteout decreseng regeneration of any units.
copypaste it and wait 2 years until somone will integrate it.

your statement is still right on beta ?
i thought i already reported that.

Should be fixed on beta. I checked, everything stacks nicely with regen now.
