Landunits firing while counting as submerged

There are some units like the mega, that can stay in the water with the feet but are still able to shoot with mainguns. The problem is, that they count as submerged units and are invisble/ not attackable. Although they can be attacked with groundfire it breaks the game massivly.

yeah this is really freaking annoying and actually the one single reason everyone gives me for com-blocking existing : "but otherwise there's no counter to this!"

well let's focus on the root of the problem shall we?

well in this case i would say - yes.

this is because it stops this acu BS when you go into the water and you are more or less safe from land units as long as you are near the shore. so you can be a very annoying person that way.
