"Has anyone successfully run a dualscreen setup under Windows10? If yes, what are your hardware specs and did you use any tweaks or tricks?"
With 2 monitors, my 2nd monitor is in portrait mode. I found I can only use it by setting the resolution on the second monitor much, much lower. So i've got a "giant minimap" on my second monitor. But I rarely get to swiveling my head over there to look at it, and I have a regular minimap on my primary monitor. So it isn't actually doing much for me.
But there's not really anything else I could use the second monitor for. SupCom doesn't have the option to display graphs or other information, not that I would necessarily stop and read a graph during the game. It might be nice to just glance over and see a list of all nuke launchers and how far along they are, or a mex count along with some indicators whether i have spare mass I should consider investing in a mex upgrade. Or charts tracking economic factors like how much e/mass is in storage/overflowing or how severe a stall is. Like you would look over at the chart and it would show you for the last 60 seconds how solid your economy was, which could help you to make decisions about whether to invest in more build capacity/mexes or to pause factories or just leave things as they are. Or maybe that would just be stupid. It's hard to know how useful such things would be without testing them. I'm guessing it's just not very useful. Almost certainly not worth investing the time to design those UI elements in order to find out if they are useful.
