Global ranking source: http://content.faforever.com/faf/leader ... ard=global (19 Jun 2015)
Ladder ranking source: Leaderboard (19 Jun 2015)

this includes inactive players too

if u find some mistakes, just tell me. ill correct it.

very interesting.

according to http://content.faforever.com/faf/leaderboards/read-leader.php?board=global&username i found some 1380 rated guy who was #500 on page 11.

your thing says there are 145 1350-1750

you sure this is right? maybe you meant 1550-1750? (that doesnt seem to fit either :|)

I am assuming this is global rating.
Can you make a similar chart for ladder rating?

I think this would be a lot more useful if you excluded players who hadn't logged on in the past, say, 6 months.

Obviously the data is skewed because many, many players will log on once, play a few games, and never log on again.

If it's easier, you could filter by players with less than, say, 20 games. I think that would be both more accurate and more interesting than "all players ever," but still less so than if you filtered by last login date.

I gave Abstract some data where it records total number of games played in each rating group, that will eliminate the bias of people who play only once or twice.

we should make a correlation between the rank and the difficulties to have a game set up. Would be funny.
