Commander Rate of Fire

Why has the nomads commander 150/1,5sec shots? I dont see any sence in this, it's just super anoying if you fight vs. sera artys

It's meant to be a bit different from other ACU. It used to be 200 dmg every 2 seconds, but it was weak against most t1 units. The current strength is rather good or normal against plenty of t1 units. Sure it's not so convenient against Sera and uef t1 arties, there is some overkill when they have full health, but it's not that bad overall. It's faction diversity (same kind as UEF gun upgrade adding 100 damages instead of doubling rate of fire). I don't think it is a big problem.
