I really like it, but compared to other factions' OC it has huge advantage.
Due to numerous amount of projectiles it's OP: it hits through mobile shields like there ain't any (the first kills a bubble, the rest deals with units), and it can kill way more tanks coz the first projectile kills a unit, and the rest following just a) hit the same spot (and kill additional units with aoe) b) goes little far behind just killed target and hit those units which are there.

It's always good to mention something that you think isn't right. It's even better if you give useful suggestions on how to remedy the issue. In this case, what would be your sollution?

I think the strong OC is a necessary counter-weight to not having many ACU upgrades to choose from.

I'd make only the first projectile dealing damage (like all the others' OC) while the rest would be just a decoration dealing zero damage.

Yes, nomads don't have many late-game upgrades, but the OC breakes early- and little of mid-game balance, where their upgrades are pretty good.

can be the energy cost of the oc increased? maybe making it a bit more expensive for nomads, can helps to balance it in early-middle games, just a suggestion

The ACU got a slower rater of fire, true?
Why not increasing the cooldown for OC, too?

Yes, the ACU has half the rate of fire but double the damage. The overcharge has the same damage output as other ACU overcharges but then split over 10 projectiles.
