Bug Report: Eye of Rihanne not working in the Nomad mod

Hello,

When using the Nomad mod, it seems impossible to use the Eye of Rhianne. When clicking the scry button, the cursor does not change to "attack" and clicking won't have any effect, regardless of how much energy you have in production and stockage.

Thanks for the report, I"ll check it out. This same issue was fixed a long time ago, perhaps that fix got broken somehow.

I am using the FAF lobby, so I suppose I am up-to-date. If you tell me a way to verify the Nomad version in FAF, I can do that. To be sure I am on the latest one.
