Units Database Discrepancies

Its been on my mind a while that the neither the nomads db or normal db are fully correct, so I've decided to tabulate a list of differences between them in the hope that it helps iron out whatever is wrong in the current code for the calculations. These differences are only in dps, I will just list the units which have different dps values in the two db, in order of land ->navy->air->base. These vary from trivial (selen) to pretty stupid (ravager/salavation).
