Do T2 and T3 Bombers need a buff?

T2 UEF bomber janus can be more effective than gunships at taking out t1 swarms due to its ability to kill 20 tanks in one pass. It can also kill a lot of t1 pgens in one pass. T3 bombers are irreplaceable lategame as they can do one thing gunships cant - snipes on heavily shielded bases
