I'm going to make a custom patch for the Cybran...

That will pretty much take the faction and turn it from a weak standard faction, to a strong stealth/line combat faction. Their man strengths will reside in copious amounts of cloaking, stealth, advanced stealth, and advanced radar jamming. I've already looked over it, and considering how weak they are now, I think it would benefit the faction. I'm guessing that the FAF balancers are already working over the Cybran for the next patch, but my changes are a bit more radical than would be accepted by a large community.

My question really is, would anyone use it, and do you guys have any suggestions?

Edit: I figure I should add a list of proposed changes, as this thread is kinda a cloud of good intentions without them. I have an entire word document outlining the changes, but I know noone will read it. So, here's the abridged version.

-Lots of Cybran units, both land and air will have stealth, cloak, radar jamming, and stealth + cloak, all of this will be stock.
-Those same Cybran units may have reduced health. This isn't true for things like the rocket bot, which is already squishy as hell with 450 HP.
-There will be an area cloak. Cower in fear, those who fail to scout.
-There will be an Omni-fooling Stealth which can only be detected by line of sight. No, equipping a cloak doesn't make you invincible, omni still breaks the cloak.
-There will also be units such as the brick and the rhino, which will take a hit to speed to receive increased health and damage.
-Shields won't suck vs. sustained fire.
-There will be a T3 stealth building.
-There will be a T3 cloak building.
-The Monkeylord will actually be useable for stealth assaults.
-The Deceiver will actually travel at the same speed as other units.
-There will be a T3 deceiver. Cower in fear, those who fail to scout.
-The T2 PD will no longer suck vs. tech.
-The T2 Fighterbomber will no longer suck in dogfights.

I think some of those are arbitrary, as the FAF balancers already smoothed them out, like the T2 fighterbomber, but that's just a guess. I haven't played MP in forever. Anyways, I'd love suggestions/constructive criticism.

Don't make me leave again guys. 3rd times the charm, right?

FYI: You can do that already Shift-Ctrl-Alt-Right-Click ;)

Deceiver has same speed as other factions mobile shield unit so requires the same macro/control as mobile shields do.

If I can cloak every unit before T3 I will play Cybran. :D

Believe it or not, I used to play MP, when it wasn't all Thermo matches and Setons wasn't overplayed. Actually, Setons was always overplayed... But when Setons still had some charm to it.

I don't really play this game a whole lot anymore, and when I do, it's with friends.
