in 3599, sera arty missed at sera acu, because it was a buggy acu! so lets make old bugs apears again, so sera arty will miss at ser acu!

Also may be it's me but each time and only when I play against sera i get killed by arty no faction with arty get my commander when I micro him .... I just get hit on each move a bit where the other arty don't touch me at all .... the most crappy thing is that arty shoot at you when you are in inner ring with the max damage you can just not ecape the shoot
