Hey ! Just completed this mission on FAF, it works great, with the CZAR having the same behavior as in Vanilla.
However, I'd like to point out the fact that Gart (the commander killed by the CZAR) says "Colonel, I need help !" when killed, which is Berry's line (so this line was played twice).
Save for that, I have nothing to report. The mission works just like in Vanilla. Good work on that !
