Since the balance patches, T3 Bombers have almost the same problem like the wassa, regarding the costs: you can reach everything, but you have to kill a lot to get your costs back (not inlcuding the nice mass gift to enemy team again).

Imo this is just punishing the team wich won air superiority. buffing static T3 aa would make this problem worse.

my point is that if AA is buffed, air units have no real counter to them. On land, there is a unit at each tier that will break a PD of equal tier. That unit does not exist with air or with navy (but navy is a different story)
