As in the title stated the stun of cybran scus against other scus is too strong, the high firerate nearly causes a permstun on the scu not being able to move. the problem is bigger than for t3 units because scus cost much more and always are on the field in lower number.
the use of mobile shields is limited, because its another cost-/microfactor and only a timelimited option until they go down.

the best way to fix it, is probably removing it
