Are you buying components separately or getting a pre-built? Because you can put a computer together pretty easily that'll beat any prebuilt at a much lower cost typically.

Yes seperately, meanwhile a complete box costs 40k RUB the processor is 6k, graphics card 9k RUB, motherboard with RAM and the PC box is ~10k. In a result we get the same PC for ~25k RUB.

Unless you need the multitasking capabilities for something an intel i3 will serve FAF much better while being in the same price range. 245 CPU score for the AMD vs 175 score for the intel.
As a bonus, it will also use less power, meaning you can save on your PSU and electricity bill.

I dont need FAF, i will buy i3 if i need only FAF

i3 6100 + ASRock B150 Board + 8 GB DDR4-2133 + a GPU according to your requirements (RX 470/RX 480/ GTX 1060) + a 400-450W PSU providing more than enough power to handle everything + ssd/hdd according to your wishes.
In most cases the box cooler will do a pretty good Job of cooling the cpu but if you prefer some custom solution i would choise a 15-25€ (dont know what is the equivalent in your currency) Tower CPU Cooler, like the ekl ben nevis, be quiet pure rock, thermalright true Spirit or any other in that category.
I would never build again a pc without ssd but if the Budget is low you maybe could simply use a hdd instead.

Did i miss anything? feel free to ask me via pm for more help

greets J.

That will probably get you very close to 250 but not much past. Likely around 260 I'd wager.
Actually, I can try downclocking mine to that and check.

If you're just upgrading your CPU and that's the slot you're stuck with, it's probably a decent choice.
If you can afford to replace motherboard also, you're better off with an intel CPU if FAF is your only concern.

No im doing a full upgrade, literally buying a new PC. Not for faf. FAF atm is only one game that can kill time and my potato can run a 3v3.

EDIT: Tested it out. It actually gets you 246.
