FAF problems for returning player

So, I have an old FAF installer, but when I run the program after the install, I get the "server maintenance" problem. I hear that we've recently went through an update (a huge one, at that)?
I've re-installer from that old installer, and I get the same problem. Thing is, I can't even find the download. I have the downloads page up, but when I click on "FAF.msi", I get a 404 error.
In short, I'm not sure what's the problem, as it might be compound. I also run a win10 (if that matters). Is it possible that something on my end is incompatible with FAF?
I've never had a problem, but my firewall might be fighting FAF?

Where can I download the latest installer?
What port do I need to open for FAF, and how do I get to it in win10?
