In the original hotbuild there was a preset you could use. In the faf implementation you have to set the keys yourself. It only takes a few minutes, the old default settings can be seen in the image on the right of the wiki page.

you can create your own using f1 IN GAME but theres a preset that you can active I think

To get better you can:

- watch casts
- watch replays of high level players
- play against better players, so you can see why they beat you in the replay
- get a trainer

But most of all, just have fun and go from there.

you can play against AI, but not prarctise, you wont learn anything against AI

Most of "GMT +1" are from Germany, you can search in chat by nickname and see their flag to see where are they from.

i'm not native english speaker i'm better in my own language dutch so a trainer is maybe not good how can i train my self on aithe maps etc
ore are there trainers that talks dutch

Best way to practice is to get a trainer and have them go over what you should do on that map.
