Having good radar coverage gives you more time to do that.
But especially against loya/harb it's very hard, even the best players struggle with it.
The most important thing here is to try to be t3 equally fast or faster than your opponent if you can't kill him before.
But getting raided is a normal part of the game and can't be completely avoided, even when you should try to minimize it. But the other part of it is to raid more yourself, which also keeps your opponent and his units busy, so he can raid less.
