That's not saying the others don't need to be changed -_- It's a proposal for one, and it should not be reject because they are all UP....

my suggestion is to implement the 63k-mass scathis again or make it to a a fatboy 2.0 (also cheaper)

less range: maybe 250
more hp
higher speed for more mobility

the idea is that the scathis would have to leave the base on small maps, but it could still to its job as a turtle breaker.
on the other hand its easier to counter because it isnt in a fully protected safe base.
it still outranges all ships and is because of that a decent counter...

cybran dont need a long range weappon in my eyes. they are supposed to be played aggressively. if you want to turtle, play uef :)
