How to distribute the map with custom textures?

Pretty much the title, I've got it in the editor and all, but I just can't get it to show when I put the map in the vault. And the only person that I saw that did this before is the author of CityWarsIII, he could ship the map with all the textures. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm trying to use a custom decal to be exact.
