The editor does have them. Example, scroll to the uec and a window will slide out listing the UEF civilian structures. Next scroll down to xec and you will see all the big wall segments for UEF.

What you may need to do is copy units.scd from your FA gamedata folder to your SupCom gamedata folder. This way you get all of the FA units.

Select 'Armies' under the Layer window, select an army, such as NEUTRAL_CIVILIAN, right-click on the editor window brings up a menu. All units are sorted and sub-sorted by their ID number. If you look at the FAF Unit Database, it is the first line under each unit (Blueprint ID).

You will find the civilian units under the 'u_c' sub menu(where _ is the faction letter used).
