They already are, and have been linked in that thread, under "Cuts brushes". but admitably some people wont see it or know what they are.

This sets adds more than 60 new brushes.
Put the cutbrushes.scd in the supreme commander gamedata folder. Go to elevation in the map editor and enjoy the new brushes.
