Sorry to bother you. I googled "Decals forged alliance" and didn't get anything. Until I googled again later on with "Decals Gimp".

I am not good at image editing. Is there any tutorial on creating custom decals here ?

Example ...
(1) decals needed to save as what file format (DDS file or other type of file) ?
(2) How to make the decal transparent (not a square dds images) ?
(3) Decals to place in which folder ?
