My friends and I have been playing on the 5iver Survival maps for a while but we always had too many people, so I tried my hand at editing the map script and markers to support 8 players.
Here it is! I've attached the map below if you want to download it here, but I will also upload the map to FAF.

I think I've stamped out all of the bugs I had when I started work on this, however there are a few more things that need to be done:
--Usually a 'special' spawns for each player when an important event occurs (eg first gate destroyed, all gates destroyed, all artillery destroyed, defense objects activated), but only a max of 5 Yolona Osses spawn when all gates are destroyed, not sure if this is a bug or a feature from the original code.
--Balance still needs to be fixed, I usually play this map with Total Veterancy v4.86 so I enabled health scaling for experimentals, as well as increasing the health of the gates, artillery and specials by quite a lot.
--I've moved the spawn locations of the specials closer in so that they would fit on the map, however I haven't changed the bumps on the heightmap to suit this.
--I also haven't moved the 'special' markers - they don't get used in the map script itself so I didn't see a reason why I should

If you run into any problems (either with the map or with game balance) please post them here and I will do my best to fix them.
