Supreme Destruction Hotfix Update #2: NO MORE DESYNCS!

This update primarily focuses on fixing an annoying desync problem with the Cybran T3 stealthed transport. (BIG thanks to Ze_PilOt for figuring it out)

Other changes are:
-Removed all SD-related ACU changes untill i can incorporate the engymod buildrate changes.
-Fixed the Monkeylord and Galactic Colossus' beams being too big.

Anyway, that's it for now, enjoy the mod, and expect more future updates to come now that the desyncs are gone!
