I am also having this issue

I get it twice cause being in the uef clan tries to open it before opening gw.

I've been playing as cybran in gw for a while though had a break - now when I gate in, I don't have the chat window available and when I try to force connect with the "join channel" option all I can see is this in the Server tab:
