When a Clan in PA is like a Faction, we could put this on GW...
1*- Command- The "Supreme Commander"(don't need to be he only), can order attacks/Defend some planets, and the Players will get a bonus by doing those Objectives.
EDIT- he can also do other things... like Diplomacy if Implemented...
this way the "SupCom" need to be a good strategist.
2*- Concil- The concil is a Entity that will elect, and Depose the "SupCom", they are elect(so there a limit of how many.) ,and the players must be at least at rank 6.
the "SupCom" can't be in the Concil and can't vote, but can request a player to be in the concil
3*- Core Planets- are planets like Earth, Seraphim II that house the SuperWeapons...
