How might I find the UID of the game? Will it be part of the replay label of one of the participants?

The server still think that the game is running.

Without the UID of that game, I can't check the logs.

I was not active in the game itself, I'm just saying that right now, that planet has the green glow over it and nobody can do anything to it. The influence has not updated in 18 hours now. It's like the planet itself is broken :/

Without the UID of the game and any log, I can't help you.

You also told me half the story. Disconnecting/hanging in game is unrelated to the game doesn't mean that the game is still active on that planet.

Hello,

Benluc and me were attacking a planet and somehow the game only started for me.
I then played alone vs 2 players and after a while I had basically won the game but suddenly the enemy team lost connection to each other and we got no disconnect screen.
One of them left the game and the other one went away to eat to come back later to kill me while I was away.
So I was left with a game I could not finish. I cant wait hours for him to come back.

What should we do in those cases? Is there a possible workaround to fix this? Or make it a draw? Or just restart the game?

I got punished for them losing connection to each other.

Planet ID was 836

Are other Infos needed? How to fix those Problems? Can we?
