I think Zep mentionned that indeed, the players of a defeated faction will fight for the one that conquered them, as vassals or similar.

Yes, but I specified how you will determine who the defeated players will go to. It's not like GW is two separate 1v1s (just sort of)

Last time, Zep simply reset the galaxy, but I don't believe this is the best option. Although Cybran players should be able to play, doesn't everybody agree that the Galactic War should have a winner?

Therefore, I propose a simple solution:
-A faction is considered defeated if it ever has has less than 60% control on all planets. That is, they control no planets.
-When a faction is defeated, all players from that faction become conquered soldiers: They retain their faction's ACU, but they fight for another faction because they were conquered.
-The faction that a conquered soldier fights for is simply the last faction to defeat them before their faction was defeated.

For example: UEF is about to conquer Cybran, bu it also being harassed by Aeon and Seraphim. Cybran has (maybe?) 10 active players. This would probably equate to UEF getting 8 of Cybran's conquered soldiers and Aeon/Seraphim each getting 1, although it may vary depending on how Cybran's soldiers are defeated.

Thoughts?
