You cannot open chat yourself as an observer, you have to wait untill one of the players says something and then double click the message to bring up the chat menu. Which is retarded. Make it so Obs can bring up the chat menu please.

i'm not sure if you can fix it or not.
But when you are specting games, you need to wait someone playing the game type something in chat, to get acces to the chat, and begin to discuss with other observer. This is kind of retard to me.
if you close the chat by reflex, you need to wait the other observers/players to chat again.
