5000energy, rof 3,3sec, 12000 dmg, 2,5aoe
OC change:
5000energy, rof 4sec (easier math, and slither nerf or take on 3sec as slithli buff) 12000dmg, 2,5aoe but!
add mechanism, witch would lower dmg for half for same time as is reload time. Dont know that i can explain this well with words, so i make explanation table:
acu OC units, take 12000dmg and cant use OC for next 4second(except time from 3,3->4 nothing new here)
after 4 second acu OC another unit, take 6000dmg(half as before) and cant use oc for next 4second.
after another 4 sec acu oc another unit, take 3000dmg and cant use oc for next 4sec... etc, etc.
1500dmg
750dmg
375dmg...
the damage would refresh back on 12000 for same time as was from using first OC with 12000dmg +4sec. That mean:
acu oc take 12000dmg, 4 sec reload time, and when dont use OC for next 4sec, (=after 8 sec) can make full 12000dmg again
longer example:
acu oc take 12000dmg, 4sec reload time
after 4sec oc again take 6000dmg, 4sec reload time
after 4sec oc again take 3000dmg, 4sec reload time,
and need 12+4sec for refresh on 12 000dmg.

When someone in future would want nerf OC because see him as too strong weapon, then i offer this solution.
It allow acu use OC 6x in raw and kill T1 unit 3x in raw and kill T2 tanks and 1x and kill T3 tank.
