I'm not sure what a replay would achieve there, unless there is a way to show my UI/inputs. When I hover over a neutral building, I get a convert icon by default instead of reclaim, do you want a screenshot? I can reproduce it extremely consistently.

That sounds like army issues, once the civ building is in enemy army and, second one is neutral.

How about replay?

As lovely as a cybran residential complex may be or how useful an UEF admnistrative structure could be, I'd rather have my engies reclaim them when I right-click them instead of getting the "convert" order.
