no it's a bug that have been introduce with last beta, and we are reverting it. So it will be fix on monday.

and Btw since i didn't study the bug much until now, it work only on facto that have been scouted while upgrading. moreover, we can know the first unit of a facto that upgraded (without being scouted while upgrading)

is it a bug or intended, that units that are being build in a scouted! t2/t3 Hq (land/air idk about navy)(works for supportfactory aswell I think), that are within your radar range leave the factory scoutet?()so you see what your opponent builds etc.)
it does at least seem odd and totally unintuitive :/
