I suggest to add an option to disable t3 and t3 structure artilleries & scathis

Why?
Don't hate me for this, but its mainly for Thermo.
In Thermo, it often becomes a t3 artillery rush. Whoever who builds like around 5 t3 arty first can focus fire and kill any shield stack.
Presently, the options like game enders, experimentals and so on just dont cut it. It disables a lot more than just the stationary t3 arty / t4

Would very much appreciate this being implemented.
