I'm waithing for this one to be implemented (auroras) but i'll try to edit some of that code made by Myxir. Btw does anyone know any good replay with aurora kyte because i have not found a single one, and i'v tried, alot. By theory one should use the auroras as much as they can but in high level plays (1v1) i only see T3 rush and almost no use of T2 movable shields. And if there is any its not in army but beside it, protecting the grass. I didn't know the faf comunity was so nature oriented. Why no love for formation and shift+ctrl command?
One the other hand, this thing here looks like start of SupCom academy and i support it from the bottom of my heart. One could create all kinds of scenarios just for creating shitty situations ranging from solving energy or mass problems to doing the smart (or just not stupid) thing under huge pressure. It takes a lot of time for a player to experience most of pressure situations (and react to it) and I think thats the reason most of people play noobish maps, because they are not used to pressure, they like to turtle and go T3&T4. Also this thing could save people some time because there would be no more need for video tutorials, but then maybe someone is making a living from those videos so I don't know where to go with that one.
SupCom needs a lot of attention from player and that can only be practiced, but the question is can the process be speeded up using scenarios?
Personally the micro thing is somewhat useful and mostly overrated. It can be useful in special situations, saving poor engys and doing killer rading, but other that that i find it be a sucker of attention. But thats only me and who cares.Statistics: Posted by ThrashAbaddon — 02 Oct 2015, 15:30
