The mod can be found at C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\Mods

From there you can modify the files directly to change what you want. It's all in lua. You can edit it in any text editor you want.

I searched, didn't find. I want to modify namestuff mod to make it naming diffrent names for diffrent types of units and in order that I will put in file. Commands help?
