Also, just an advice, try making one complete faction before starting another. Doing three whole factions at once won't get you anywhere soon.

What needs to be done? USA: land and navy, Germany - navy, USRR - all. There are some buildings for Krauts but still need more.

Also, in order to motivate people, maybe do a exhaustive list of what need to be done (modeling, texturing, scripting,...).

It's easier to convince people when they know where it's headed. (ie. if you have 30 units left to do, and 3 modelers, they know they will only have to 10 models)...

In case this is really starting, I can open a (private or not) forum here for coordination.
